Nike Zoom Kobe VII System - Black History Month

 

February is officially Black History Month, and Nike is continuing the trend from over the past years with making sneakers worn by African American athletes the silhouette of art. This is the first clear picture of the Kobe 7 "BHM" thanks to 21Mercer. As you can see, the entire front portion of the shoe is covered in African cloth like print with a matching lining on a ice sole. The official release date for these will be February 11th, 2012 at select stores.

Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 LW PE - Club Purple/Metallic Silver-Cool Grey

Its basketball season and if you like to have comfort and style at the same time while on the court, well Nike has you covered. This colorway features an purple upper with silver hits on a cool grey sole. This pair (and other colorways) is set to release February 1st with a price tag of $105. Hit the jump for more views.

Nike Air Force 1 iD - Elephant Print Samples

If you haven't heard yet, 2012 is the 30th anniversary of the Air Force 1. Nike iD will be giving us a new material option every month to use on a pair of low or high top Air Force 1s. The only colors that will be available to use for the elephant print will be black, white, and brown. Take a look at some of the samples after the jump.

Air Jordan 1 - Dave White (Release Info)

 

This limited Dave White x Jordan collaboration will be seeing two release dates. The 1st date will be February 11th and the 2nd will be the 24th of the same month to celebrate the All Star Weekend and the Jordan WINGS program. Nike Air Force 1 Low - White - Medium Grey - Ice

 

With it being the 30th anniversary for the Air Force 1, Nike is releasing the low top version that closely resembles the 25th anniversary high top. The upper of this is a white premium leather sitting on a medium grey mid-sole complete with a ice bottom. There is no release information about this Air Force1 at this point, but stay tuned.

Nike SB x Pushead "Bleach"

 

Earlier this week news broke that another Nike SB x Pushead collaboration is in the works.  The 1st Pushead SB released in 2005 in a matching box (no word if these will have the same). This Pushead is named the bleach because of its bleached look from the original version complete with the gum sole. NIKE celebrates the 36th anniversary of Black History Month with a collection created exclusively for Nike Tennis star Serena Williams.
Inspired by the achievements and pioneering spirit of three important teams: 1996 USA Basketball Women’s team, 2002 Brazil Men’s Soccer team, and the 2008 Kenyan Long-Distance running team, these teams answered the call to greatness and their legacy will continue to uplift and inspire their communities today.

This model this the Air Max Navigate and it features the traditional Valentines Day colors: red/white/black. On the back panel it features the word "love" and hearts arranged through out. Nike Zoom KD4 - Year of the Dragon Packaging (Contents)

 

Earlier this month a picture of the Kevin Durant "Year of the Dragon" packaging surfaced. No one know what the box would contain (other than the shoes), but know we have a look inside. From the pictures provided, you can see that this KD4 will come with a matching t-shirt that covers the shoes. Hopefully this is not only a China exclusive (like the LeBron 9 "China"). Nike Zoom KD4 - Year of the Dragon Packaging

 

With the KD4 making a big impact on the sneaker community last year with the "Weathermans" and "Nerfs", Kevin Durant's signature shoe has yet so disappoint with its "special" colorways. With it being the "Year of the Dragon" the design team has went all out with the color combination on the shoe and a neck breaking box to match. The release date of the KD4 has not been reviled yet, so stay tuned for updates.

There might be more Nike SB shoes that were scrapped than any other shoe. Here is one of those shoes, the Gucci Janoski colorway was set to release sometime in November but they have still yet to release. The last SB that featured this colorway was the RESN Dunk SB that had to go through some changes before it actually released. Is this a color combination you would like to see release?
 

Nike Zoom Kobe VII - Big Bang

 

It looks like the offical theme of the All Star season will be The Big Bang or Galaxy. The first shoe to feature the unique color combination was the LeBron 9 and now the Kobe 7 has surfaced. The black based shoe features the same design that is on the insole and it looks as if the sole if glow in the dark just like the LeBron 9. Air Jordan 4 Retro - White/Black/Cement Grey (Package)

 

 In December 2011 pictures of the new Jordan box and label tag for the Jordan 4 surfaced and it caught a lot of peoples attention. Now we have a better view of the the packaging that will enclose the "Cement 4". Just like the Jordan 3 release from last year, the Jordan 4 will come in its own box to set it apart from the others. It features the speckled print seen on the "cement 4", the iconic "Flight" that appears on the tongue, and the shoes are wrapped in the black tissue paper that they used on the OG release. Nike Air Force 1 Low - Year of the Dragon

 

Nike is continuing the Chinese new year themed series with the Year of the Dragon. Shoes that are included range from the KD4, LeBron 9, Jordan 2012, and many others including the Air Force 1. Last years "Year of the Rabbit" was one of the best selling AF1 in 2011, and hopefully it will be the same in 2012. This years shoe features a black satin upper with embroidered dragon  symbols sitting on a white leather wrapped midsole and white sole. The only color on the shoe is located on the tongue and insole. Will these be on your list of pickups in 2012? Stay tuned for more information!

Nike Air Force 1 iD Is Back!

 

The Air Force model has returned once again with new options. The newsest options that you can choose from are  Ballistic rubber and mesh. The only colors that the new options come in are black and iguana, but the leather and suede option also is available with new colors. There is a limit to 750 pairs until they remove the ballistic material. Stay tuned for a different material every month! To make a pair head to Nike iD.
